For FY15, the emphasis at CA Technologies is partner acceleration and commitment to helping you grow your business. We have made a considerable investment in developing a Partner Enablement Methodology that enhances training and knowledge transfer by developing specific role-based capabilities for our leading channel products.
This methodology is comprised of the following three areas:
- Enablement – Fundamental to the CA Global Partner Program
The new Partner Enablement Methodology is specifically designed to simplify access to training. Through new Partner Learning Catalogs and Partner Sales Essentials Kits as well as enhanced knowledge transfer with our Subject Matter Experts, CA Technologies is committed to enabling our Partners to sell our products more effectively. In addition, we have introduced a validation process to recognize individual, role-based proficiencies as well as to provide a flexible method of achieving program requirements.
- Product Focus – Partner-Ready Focus Products
For FY15, we are encouraging our Partners to focus on a specific set of enterprise-class products in solution areas that are experiencing double-digit growth. Detailed sales and marketing tools are available for each of these products to expedite go-to-market strategies. Your Partner Account Manager/Director will work closely with you to develop a joint business plan focused on the CA Technologies product(s) that best fit your business model.
- Open Markets – New Business Opportunity for Partners
Part of our stated company strategy is to grow market share outside of the CA Technologies strategically named accounts with Partners. With formal rules of engagement that enable clear roles in the selling and fulfillment processes, the goal is to minimize channel conflict. CA Technologies is committed to our Partners and wants to reward them for their success.
